Audrey Glancy

RN BSN

Nurse

Audrey Glancy is a nurse who cares for children who have epilepsy, Tourette's disorder, cerebral palsy or muscular dystrophy in an outpatient setting. She spends much of her time working with patients and their families to determine what type of care is recommended. She also serves as the nurse coordinator for the neuromuscular clinic and related programs.

Glancy earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at Valparaiso University and completed an internship at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Travel nursing brought her to California, where she gained years of diverse inpatient experience before she took an opportunity with the adult neurology clinic at UCSF. In 2012, she joined the pediatric neurology care team.

In 2019, Glancy received the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses, which honors the work nurses do for patients and families every day.

Glancy and her husband live in San Francisco where they raise their kids, bake, surf and build community.

My goal in patient care – and life – is to offer compassion and kindness in any way I can.
