Pronouns: She | Her | Hers

Heather Stenger is an audiologist who cares for children from infancy through young adulthood. She evaluates patients using a variety of methods, including behavioral testing, in which patients actively respond to sounds, and auditory brainstem response testing, which evaluates nerve pathways involved in hearing and may be used for patients who can't be tested behaviorally, such as infants. For patients with hearing problems, she works with them and their families to determine their best treatment options, refers them to other specialists, and provides ongoing support to meet their language development needs.

Stenger earned a doctor of audiology degree from a joint program of San Diego State University and the University of California, San Diego. She is licensed by the state of California in audiology and hearing aid dispensing, as well as certified in audiology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

I feel grateful for the opportunity to work with the most incredible families. Each is unique, and together we determine the best path for the child.
