Stephen Wilson

Dr. Stephen Wilson is a pediatric hospitalist and pediatric pain medicine specialist. As a hospitalist, he coordinates and manages the care that children receive – often from many specialists – while in the hospital. As a pain medicine specialist, he provides consultative services for patients throughout the children's hospital, using both medications and integrative medicine approaches to relieve pain and other unpleasant symptoms. He also serves as the chief medical officer for UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital San Francisco.

Wilson earned his medical degree at Harvard Medical School and completed a residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in medical education at UCSF. He also has a doctorate in immunology from Harvard University.
